Every bar is handcrafted in small batches and made fresh after your order is placed. Because of this, minor variations in appearance, finish, or shape are natural and part of the artisan process — not defects. Product images on our website are representative.
By ordering, you confirm that you've read our policies and understand that you're purchasing a fresh, handcrafted, temperature-sensitive food product. Our Refund, Shipping, and Cancellation policies form part of these terms.
Since your order is made fresh, please allow 2–4 business days for production before dispatch. We ship seven days a week. Dispatch timelines reflect production time, not delivery time.
Once your order is handed to our delivery partner, transit conditions are outside our control. We take care of our end — fresh production and proper cold packaging. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate; we're unable to reship or refund orders lost due to address errors.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
